Bruce Hehr has been in the real estate business over 30 years, handling sales and leases for residential and commercial properties in both California and Arizona. Bruce obtained his real estate license while still at college at USC receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA. Additionally, he is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CRPD). He is well versed in the financial side of real estate, including 1031 exchanges, and investment property analysis for residential and commercial properties.

In the mid 80’s Bullhead City and Casa Grande, Arizona were booming. Bruce launched into land sales to established home builders. Additionally, Bruce went into building and development of industrial and office buildings in the Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Mesa, Arizona areas. Bruce continues his real estate practice and commercial development in the Arizona area.

As a young actress, I learned preparation, passion, hard work and dedication were keys to success. These principles have enabled me to obtain many accomplishments throughout my life. In addition to being a child actress, I became an avid equestrian, winning awards in gymkhana, trail riding and my preferred discipline of show jumping. In exchange for my lessons, I worked hard grooming and schooling other people’s horses. My drive and dedication facilitated my success.

I grew up in Gardena and I graduated from Gardena High School here in the South Bay. After high school, I fulfilled my dream to serve my country, having gone to Fort Jackson, South Carolina to begin my three year active duty assignment. During my military service I achieved the Non-Commissioned officers (NCO) rank of E-5 (Sergeant) and I served in one military campaign, 'Operation Just Cause' in Panama. Amongst my military medals and awards I have been decorated with the US Army Commendation Medal, the US Army Achievement Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the National Defense Medal, the NCO Professional Development Ribbon and more. After leaving the military, I opted to purse a formal education and I had the honor of attending the University of Southern California (USC) where I obtained my Bachelors of Science degree in the field of Occupational Therapy. I have practiced in many clinical settings over the years to include working at the Cedars Sinai Medical Center and the Los Angeles County USC Medical Center. As an aside, I was also able to visit Africa (Ghana) where I participated in a Capstone Program with USC as a Licensed Occupational Therapist working with disabled children. In continuing my formal education I attended the California State University, Dominguez Hills where I obtained a post graduate degree in business. I used my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and my clinical knowledge to open many businesses in the Los Angeles area to include an outpatient clinic, a certified/accredited by Medicare home health agency and a registry company. I also have a few affiliations with social groups to include being a Master Mason/Past Master with the Glendale Masonic Lodge #368 and member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
Insofar as my family, I have been privileged in marrying an amazing woman, Diana. My wife who is a Physical Therapist and soon to be a Yoga Teacher has been very supportive! We have been married for 14 years and we have two sons, Ryan (24) and Ralph Jr. (12). We have lived in Simi Valley for the past eight years and we love it! As another aside, I took up Tae Kwon Do with our youngest son, and through our determination we both achieved our First Dan, Black Belt. Our family also enjoys participating in 5K, 10K, and yes an occasional half marathon when time permits with Disneyland in Anaheim being a favorite run venue.
